Ian Berry, LMSW

Ian (he/him/his) believes that empowering clients to make decisions and be a co-leader of their therapeutic relationship is a top priority. He has previous experience within the academic space, both as an educator and mental health provider. Ian specializes in working with individuals from age 12-50 seeking support for challenges related to ASD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Executive Function, as well as  Anger and related Emotional Difficulties through a systems framework aimed at understanding a client as a complex whole of parts and using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) to help clients develop the ability to accept the aspects of their challenges while developing safe and healthy strategies to cope and develop positive health behavioral changes they can use outside of session.

Paris Bienert, LMSW

Paris Bienert (she/her) holds a graduate degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, where she studied behavioral health with a clinical-macro specialization. As a clinician, Paris specializes in treating adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders, primarily utilizing Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She firmly believes that people are the experts in their own lives, and therefore a person-centered approach is crucial in therapy.

Gabi Daigle (she/her/hers) recognizes the difficulty that can come from being vulnerable about life’s struggles, so she’s here to be a partner accompanying you through transitions and seeing you to the other side. Specializing in working with clients aged 18 – 35, she knows that these years are filled with a lot of big moments, from college to careers to relationships to self-doubt, and that the safety and comfort of therapy can be a big step toward becoming the healthiest and strongest version of yourself. Utilizing CBT, DBT, REBT, and narrative therapy, Gabi treats individuals looking for help with anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, and relationship issues, as well as people just looking for a little extra support managing their mental health.

He specializes in treating individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, and depression. Karen Green (she/her) is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is devoted to providing quality comprehensive psychiatric services with a focus on pediatrics, adolescents and young adults. Avi Pear (he/him) is passionate about understanding the human experience and helping people navigate through difficult life stages. Hannah (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker who graduated with honors from Salisbury University. Hannah has been practicing since 2019 beginning in child welfare. Hannah has experience working with veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and other traumatic experiences. Hannah is passionate about providing private and safe spaces where individuals receive tailored person-centered care. Hannah practices with a whole health approach, considering a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being when establishing treatment. Hannah believes in collaborative care; that each person is an expert on their experiences and works to provide tools and insight to improve emotional regulation, maladaptive behaviors, and self-esteem.

Brittany believes therapy should not be forever and that a client will develop the necessary skills and tools they need from therapy and will be able to successfully apply those skills to their lives long after they are discharged from therapy.

Priscilla Stevens (she/her) is a Psychotherapist and has been practicing for over 20 years. She works with clients ages 12-70. She has a degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.
