Elliott Driscoll (he/him) is a psychotherapist at The Resource Group, and has been practicing for more than 20 years in New York, New Jersey and Maryland. He works with clients ages 22 and older. He holds a Master’s of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola College. He specializes in treating individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, and depression. Elliott is Psychodynamically trained and uses aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Logotherapy.

Clinical Director, Maria Karolenko (she/her) has been practicing clinical therapy since 2017. Working with clients aged 10 to 40, she helps them create a customized plan, getting them back on track in their life. Maria graduated from Stevenson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and continued her learning at Loyola University, earning a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Maria specializes in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, treating individuals and families, and assisting those struggling with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions.
Paris Bienert, LMSW

Paris Bienert, (she/her) holds a graduate degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, where she studied behavioral health with a clinical-macro specialization. As a clinician, Paris specializes in treating adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders, primarily utilizing Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She firmly believes that people are the experts in their own lives, and therefore a person-centered approach is crucial in therapy.
