Job Description:

Working closely with the CEO/Director, the Clinical Director will oversee all clinical staff for our mental health and substance abuse programs, ensure a smooth workflow of all day-to-day job responsibilities, and provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, adults, or families. An ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills that maintain a strong team environment, and actively support their team in providing clients the best quality treatment. Currently, we are searching for a board-approved LCSW-C supervisor to provide clinical social work supervision.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Experience: Counseling 3 years (Preferred)
  • Experience: Substance abuse counseling 1 year (Preferred)
  • Education: Master’s (Required)
  • License: LCSW-C (Required)
  • Licensure: Must be a board-approved LCSW-C supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clinical staff follow all policies and procedures
  • Maintain current policies and procedures that adhere to COMAR, HIPAA, and ethical standards
  • Update policies for CARF accreditation yearly
  • Strive to improve quality by constantly working with staff to improve professionalism, skills, and ethical standards
  • Screen, interview, and train new clinicians as they are hired
  • Engage in marketing efforts to grow The Resource Group
  • Attend and run office meetings as needed
  • Manage time off requests and sign off on time sheets of clinical staff
  • Participate in staff trainings as needed
  • Manage a consistent case load of clients
  • Complete therapy notes and all necessary documentation
  • Keep professional license current and active
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that clinical staff follow the policies and procedures as laid out in the organization’s policies and procedures manual.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures adhere to COMAR, HIPPA, and ethical standards.
  • Work with Clinical Director to monitor client population for challenging cases, potential relapses, or mental health issues requiring a high level of care. Keep Clinical Director informed of any of these situations.
  • Monitor clinical workflow (i.e. changes in level of care, treatment planning, note writing and discharges to be sure all are done in a specified time period)
  • Suggest program and process improvements
  • Run 4 groups per week. This number may decrease as census grows and new clinicians are hired.
  • Manage a caseload of 10 and provide family and co-therapy with clinicians as needed.
  • Screen and interview new clinicians.
  • Oversee new clinician training.
  • Strive to improve quality by constantly working with staff to improve professionalism, skills, and ethical standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

The Resource Group is looking for a full-time DBT Therapist to join our Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Team! The successful candidate must be comfortable working with clients with suicidal ideation and/or self-harm behaviors and clients who have Borderline Personality Disorders and dissociative disorders.

  • Maintaining a caseload of individual therapy clients (22-25 clients)

Job Description:

The Resource Group is looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to join our Human Resource team!

The ideal candidate for our Human Resource Generalist role will have 2 years previous experience in Human Resources and an eagerness to learn. The primary function of this position will be to lead the effort to recruit, hire, and on-board new staff members across all departments as needed, maintain HR folders, develop comprehensive staff trainings, and attend to employee relations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of Human Resource Generalist experience

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain active job posts on job boards based on company need
  • Recruit applicants for open positions based on experience and qualifications
  • Screen applicants who have applied to open positions in a timely manor
  • Track all applicants who are in the applicant pipeline, and follow-up with applicants based on established follow-up procedures
  • Perform interviews over the phone, virtually, and in-person
  • Schedule interviews with appropriate department management or staff
  • Provide office tours to applicants and new hires
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Obtain necessary on-boarding information and documentation from applicants for the hiring process, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines and laws
  • Finalize new hire paperwork
  • Create new employee staff file
  • Maintain active and inactive employee files
  • Complete monthly and annual trainings
  • Have full understanding of employee handbook, and confidence explaining policies and procedures to staff
  • Participate in disciplinary meeting as necessary
  • Write accurate meeting minutes for HR meetings

  • Correspond with ECS on staff computer login, and email/phone set-up
  • Register new staff in QuickBooks

Job Description:

The Resource Group is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Billing Department team!

The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for a multitude of tasks ranging from simple data entry to investigating/resolving both patient and insurance AR.

Experience:

Insurance Billing: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Billing commercial and Medicaid insurance claims for individual therapy, psychiatric, and substance abuse facility services
  • Preparing client billing statements
  • Actively work on and manage insurance AR to resolve outstanding or denied claims
  • Answer calls related to client accounts such as bills and balances, which may include: taking payments, explaining bills, assembling receipts for payments, investigating payment discrepancies
  • Manage client payment plans by coordinating agreement terms, running cards according to agreement, and following up with clients whose cards decline
  • Auditing client accounts, billing statements, and claims to ensure accuracy
  • Verifying client insurance coverage and benefits for ongoing appointments

Skills Include:

  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to differentiate between CMS-1500 and UB-04 claims
  • Knowledge of Substance Abuse and Mental Health CPT and revenue codes
  • Strong familiarity with major commercial insurance plans and policy types, specifically BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Johns Hopkins, United Healthcare, and Medicaid

  • Mental Health Industry Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing an incoming multi-line phone system
  • Taking detailed messages and checking daily voicemails
  • Checking clients in for appointments
  • Collecting appropriate copay/coinsurance for services billed
  • Explaining outstanding balances and statements to clients
  • Obtain insurance authorization and insurance coverage
  • Working with clients to resolve account issues related to payments and insurance billing
  • Following up with clients to collect updated account information
  • Scheduling prescriber follow-up/routine appointments
  • Send appointment reminders
  • Coordinating daily room assignments for providers and staff
  • Manage medical records requests
  • Ensure all clinical staff receives correspondences or collateral information from patients, families, or referral sources
