Scheduling? Messaging? Telehealth? All of these can be done through Therapy Appointment! You can even set personalized reminders about your upcoming visits or reschedule with your provider.

Getting started? Contact the front office or send an email to for a link to your provider’s patient portal so you can make appointments, pay bills, and access telehealth all from the same spot!

  1. You’ll get an e-mail from TherapyAppointment once we set you up in the system. If you don’t see anything, check your spam!
  2. Follow the link in that e-mail
  3. Set your username and password
  4. Fill out some forms for your personal info, insurance, and payment

You may want to download Zoom now if you haven’t already!

Start Your Telehealth Session Here

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on “Dashboard” on the left-hand side
  3. You can access the link 15 minutes before your appointment. At the top of the screen, you’ll see a button that says “Launch.”
  4. Click on it!

After your appointment, you can schedule your next session directly through the portal.

  • In order to access an appointment using your smartphone, you will first need to download the Zoom app on your phone
  • Your Client Portal must be set up at minimum 12 – 24 hours before your appointment
