Resource Group offers a variety of services to best care for our clients. When scheduling a new service there are a lot of details to consider.  Our Admissions Coordinators talk with you to match you with the best care available.  We consider factors like your insurance network and the most convenient schedule for you.  If we cannot meet your need, we will do our best to give you some outside referral information.

Resource Group accepts most major insurances, including Aetna, Carefirst Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, and Maryland Medicaid.  Self-pay rates are available for most clinicians and groups.

What is your cancellation policy?2020-05-25T22:02:10-04:00

Clients may be charged a fee for cancellations or rescheduling with fewer than 24 hours’ notification.  This is standard practice and reflects the need to schedule our clinicians’ time efficiently.  When you schedule an appointment, you are conferring on us the responsibility to dedicate our resources to your care.  Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice or not showing up to your appointment on time still uses those resources.

What do I bring to my first appointment?2020-05-25T21:55:01-04:00

1. INTAKE PAPERWORK –

For your convenience, we’ve attached the intake paperwork for you to print and complete at home.  Please bring this to your first appointment.  If you choose to complete the intake paperwork at our office, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to check in and complete the intake packet.  Some individual clinicians may require additional paperwork.

We have also attached the “Notice of Privacy Practices” for you to review and print if you desire.

2. Please bring your DRIVER’S LICENSE and current INSURANCE CARD to your appointment.  The Front Office will make copies for your record.

3. Please bring all your MEDICATIONS, or a detailed list of your medications, to your appointment to review with your new clinician.

4. Please be aware that appointments at Resource Group have late arrival and no show policies.  To avoid paying a fee, please arrive early or cancel at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment time.  When you schedule an appointment, you are conferring on us the responsibility to dedicate our resources to your care.  Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice or not showing up to your appointment on time still uses those resources.

5. Please feel free to use Google maps in the right sidebar to conveniently find our office location. (8501 LaSalle is directly behind the “Abilities Network” building.)
