Telehealth at Resource Group
Most services at Resource Group will now be conducted via telehealth.*
To further our mission to decrease suffering, our providers will begin offering telehealth services. You can continue to receive the care you need, while making sure you stay healthy.
Telehealth services are an easy way to balance connecting with your provider and taking precautions to avoid illness. We recommend telehealth for those who are ill or avoiding illness, busy parents and professionals, adolescents with school activities, and clients who find it difficult to travel to our office.
Telehealth is not to be used during a health or medical emergency situation. In the event of any health or medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
What about insurance?
Most commercial insurances cover telehealth services. To learn more about insurances and telehealth at Resource Group, contact our admissions team.
What do I need?
To receive telehealth services, you’ll need a computer/laptop/tablet/mobile device, a microphone, and a camera. We’ve found it best to use headphones for additional privacy. Please make sure you are in a safe, secure space without interruptions during your telehealth sessions. You’ll also need a strong, secure internet connection and some simple familiarity with getting connected. If you can set up an email or a social media account, you can get started with telehealth! We have a support team ready to help answer your questions and help you get set up.
