You don’t have to go through difficult times alone. My goal is help aid you in processing difficult emotions, build skills to cope with feelings, decrease unhealthy behaviors, and find purpose by utilizing your strengths and working through limitations.
I primarily work with individuals who are struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, ages 16 and older. I have an eclectic style utilizing treatments from DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), CBT (cognitive-behavior therapy) and motivational interviewing.
It is my goal to provide a safe place for you to open up, dare greatly and be vulnerable. “Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen, to ask for what you need, to talk about how you’re feeling, to have the hard conversations” -Brene Brown
