Therapy is at the core of our service offerings. This type of treatment is also known as counseling, psychotherapy, or talk therapy. We connect you to therapists who have varied training, treatment approaches, and experience. Our psychotherapy providers include professional counselors, psychologists, and social workers. Meet our providers here.
This is a collaborative process between you and the provider that can aid in behavior change and advance your quality of life. It can help people confront barriers interfering with their emotional and mental well-being, and it can increase positive feelings such as compassion, self-esteem, and peace. Additionally, people often find they enjoy the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware, and many continue counseling as a means of self-growth and self-actualization.
As well as offering individual therapy, Resource Group offers options for:
- family therapy
- a DBT skills group
- Medically treating mental health disorders in adults, adolescents, and children.

Please note: Participants coming from an inpatient stay where they maintained abstinence from all drugs and alcohol will not be considered for opioid replacement therapy. Individuals with fewer dependencies are more likely to remain drug free and learn how to function without drugs and alcohol.
For those currently using opiates, a board certified addiction medicine physician may work with you to find the best alternative.
We currently have clinical staff available for those needing mental health treatment.
