Spill the tea! It can be difficult to discuss what is truly going on in your head. It may seem like you’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to work, at least not for very long. It can be scary to reach out to a counselor because you are not sure that you can find someone that you can really connect with and help you make changes in your life.
My focus is on clients age 10-30, who struggle with anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and difficult life transitions. I am intensively trained in DBT and use an eclectic approach. Together, we’ll create a customized plan to get you back on track.
