I believe in helping individuals identify their goals and values and use approaches to help them reach those goals. I have experience in treating ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, and other factors that impact an individual’s quality of life such as relationship and school issues. I work with individuals and groups treating primarily children, adolescents, and young adults. I am a DBT trained therapist and use that as my primary modality of treatment. Additionally, I practice CBT and client centered therapy approaches to help individuals achieve a greater sense of well being.  When working with children I utilize play and behavioral approaches to help them gain a better understanding of their emotions and find ways to express them.
