Duane P. Haley

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Director of Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, and Early Intervention Program

Phone: 410-337-7772 x-4

My goal is to support you in the development and achievement of your goals. If you seek support to manage stress, anxiety and depression, marital discord, children with behavioral issues and/or substance abuse you may appreciate my support. Clients willing to try a variety of techniques and maybe even complete ‘assignments’ between visits experience the most success with my services.

I use an eclectic approach rooted in evidence based practices. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are modes in which I have training and experience. I have extensive training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and practice mindfulness techniques daily in my personal life.

My greatest strength is my ability to non-judgmentally communicate acceptance, empathy and understanding while challenging you to make the changes you desire to make. My education, training and experience are always brought to bear in clinical situations but my most valuable tool is the therapeutic relationship itself.
