Fees and Policies
The Resource Group accepts numerous insurances, including Aetna, Carefirst Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, and Maryland Medicaid. Self pay rates are available for most clinicians.
Clients will be charged a fee for cancellations with fewer than 24 business hours notification. This is standard practice and reflects the need to schedule clinician’s time efficiently.
Please let us know if we can do anything better—we look to our clients to let us know when we can improve our services.
Admission Department Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm.
Our Admissions Department will answer any questions you have about the care that you seek and help you schedule an initial intake appointment. If you don’t have a clinician in mind, they can help you find someone who will meet your needs. Initial assessment information will be gathered along with demographics, including insurance information.
Our Admissions Staff is clinically trained and can help you review our treatment options and match you with the best care available. If we cannot meet your need we will do our best to give you some outside referral information. Average response time to emails are 48 to 72 hours.
Please note: Our practice is not equipped to respond to emergencies. If you need immediate help or are in crisis, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Once you have gotten the help you need you are welcome to contact us for follow up services.
